Practical Training For Expats in China

LifeTasks Practical Living Training is a customized face-to-face training for foreign employees and their dependents to live more independently and successfully in China.

An online needs assessment form allows us to create an individualized training to maximize the individual expatriate’s effectiveness and success in China. Participants choose from 140 topics to learn about with a professional trainer. A one day (8hr) training can cover 30 topics in the training room with discussion, supporting visuals & documentation and also up to 10 practical tasks completed in the field.

Throughout the rest of their assignment in China participants can refresh the topics covered during training and learn how to complete all 140 tasks using the ChinaTasks website.

By providing practical tools and fostering a positive curiosity towards their new surroundings, expatriates continue their learning independently once the training is completed.
